You can download and read the paper <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/10.1177\/0361198120920627\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On July 10, 2008 after the successful Greenshields 75 Symposium, the Committee on Traffic Flow Theory and Characteristics (AHB45) established the Greenshields Prize, named in honor of <a href=\"http:\/\/tft.eng.usf.edu\/greenshields\/docs\/BDGreenshields_CV.pdf\">Dr. Bruce D. Greenshields<\/a>, a pioneer in Traffic Flow Theory.<\/p>\n<p>The committee may award a Greenshields Prize annually for a paper submitted for <strong>both<\/strong> presentation <strong>and<\/strong> publication through the TRB Annual Meeting paper submission process.
